His experience began in high school, where he was trained in masonry, and he later expanded his skills into concrete and outdoor living after graduation while working with a local company.
This hands-on experience allows him to focus on both the aesthetic and structural aspects of each project, helping bring every detail together seamlessly. His dedication to his craft has made him a trusted specialist on the team.

Norm is known as "The Big Dawg" at Trademark. With over 40 years of experience in outdoor living, he brings a level of knowledge and expertise that is key to the team's success. There are few projects he hasn't seen or worked through firsthand.
He serves as a mentor to the team, with the younger builders looking to him for guidance just as much as he enjoys sharing his experience. His knowledge and passion for the craft continue to be passed down to the next generation of builders.
Outside of work, Norm enjoys spending time at the farm with his horses and donkey.

Mark is known as the bridge between vision and execution at Trademark. With over 35 years of experience in residential home construction, he brings a strong foundation of knowledge that complements the team's expertise.
He plays a key role on the business side, managing day-to-day operations while also helping translate a client's vision into reality through detailed 3D drawings and plans. His experience in site logistics and structural design ensures that every project, from outdoor kitchens to fireplaces and pools, is built to the Trademark standard as a seamless extension of the home.
His leadership and experience continue to provide valuable guidance to the next generation of builders.
