Structural Retaining Wall Rebuild
Before
A failing hillside retaining wall lacked proper drainage and geogrid reinforcement. The poorly designed structure created a serious safety risk, threatening both the stability of the existing pool and the integrity of the surrounding hillside.
After
Complete excavation and installation of a solid, stable base footing to ensure long term load bearing support for the heavy hillside.
Integration of a professional drainage system with dedicated piping to eliminate water buildup behind the wall.
A full rebuild using modern engineering standards, including proper soil reinforcement to tie the wall securely back into the hillside.
New Pool Build and Outdoor Living Transformation
Before
The property had everything, including views, space, and location, but lacked the layout needed for everyday use. Without defined areas for swimming, cooking, or recreation, the backyard couldn’t support how the family wanted to live.
After
A spacious custom pool designed for the whole family, featuring a diving board for activity and built-in benches for relaxing and gathering together.
A true extension of the home. This structure includes a stone gas fireplace for comfort, a half bath for convenience, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with refrigeration and an ice chest, making entertaining easy and enjoyable.
A fully equipped outdoor cooking space with a natural gas grill and Big Green Egg smoker, combined with a half-court basketball area, creating the perfect balance of entertaining and active family time.
Front Walkway and Entrance Transformation
Before
An aging and narrow concrete walkway that had become an eyesore for the property. The original path no longer matched the homeowner’s vision for their front entrance and lacked the scale necessary to complement a full front yard landscaping redesign.
After
We first poured an expanded concrete base to create a wider and more inviting walkway and front porch area.
Carefully selected Bluestone tiles were installed to deliver a natural slate texture with a clean and timeless appearance.
The project was completed with a crisp white grout to provide a high-end contrast that elevates the overall aesthetic of the home exterior.
Outdoor Kitchen Remodel and Countertop Restoration
Before
An outdoor kitchen with a deteriorating man-made stone countertop. Over years of environmental exposure, the original surface began to break down, compromising both the aesthetic and the functionality of the family’s primary outdoor cooking space.
After
We carefully removed the failing man-made materials while preserving the existing structural cabinetry and utility connections.
We sourced and installed a high-quality “rainbow finish” natural stone from Natural Universe Inc. to provide a durable and heat-resistant work surface.
The project was completed with a focus on weathering resistance, ensuring the kitchen is now built to withstand the elements while serving as a high-end focal point for family gatherings.
St. Elizabeth Garden Pavilion and Healing Walkway
Before
The hospital recognized a need for a dedicated outdoor escape to help patients and families manage the stress of medical visits. The area lacked a structured, tranquil environment that could provide a psychological break from the busy clinical setting.
After
We installed a high-performance Ashlar slate pattern walkway that guides guests through the landscape, providing a durable and level surface for all visitors.
The stone texture and color palette were carefully selected to blend seamlessly with the surrounding garden, creating a natural transition from the hospital to the pavilion.
We collaborated with Creative Image LLC to engineer a welcoming prayer and reflection area designed to serve as a long-term meaningful retreat for staff and families alike.
St. Joseph Church Entryway and Community Gathering Space
Before
The church entrance lacked a defined area for parishioners to gather or reflect. The leadership sought a creative and welcoming touch that would not only enhance the architectural beauty of the property but also encourage community connection before and after services.
After
We constructed structural stone walls featuring integrated seat caps, providing a permanent and comfortable area for members to greet one another.
The new features were designed to blend seamlessly into a complete landscape plan, ensuring the entryway felt like a natural extension of the church atmosphere.
